Responsibilities:

·        Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties based on their needs and budget.

·        Conduct property viewings and presentations for potential buyers or tenants.

·        Provide clients with market insights, pricing trends, and investment advice.

·        Maintain and update property listings on portals and company platforms.

·        Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

·        Build and maintain a network of clients, investors, and property owners.

·        Coordinate with banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders during transactions.

·        Ensure all transactions comply with local real estate laws and regulations.

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Required Qualifications & Experience:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

·        Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is an advantage.

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Knowledge of the local property market and trends.

·        Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

·        Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals.

·        Valid driving license (preferred in many markets).
