The L&D is crucial for the success of the academy. This role identifies training needs, designs modules, lessons and delivery methods with the respective functions along with on-the-job upskilling measurements in line with each department’s unique clients’ journeys
The L&D Specialist is also responsible for the LMS platforms (and other platforms and systems that will be initiated) to upload, schedule, assess, dashboard and reporting.
The L&D Specialist will design well-rounded real estate knowledge transfer modules for the internal stakeholders (PSI teams) and for the external audience (paid courses for individuals and agreements with the concerned authorities, individuals and firms. Passionate about helping people learn and grow their careers,
the L&D Specialist will excel at identifying the current and future skills required, creating engaging and innovative learning interventions to meet the diverse needs of the organization development.
